About Abera

Abera makes hair and scalp care for people who have tried a few things already and want to know exactly what they are putting on their head.

What we make

Our range covers hair growth serums, scalp and dandruff care, and the tools that go with them. Every formula is built around named actives at stated concentrations — 2% Redensyl in our hair growth serum, for example — rather than a vague blend. We tell you what is in the bottle and what each ingredient is doing there.

How we think about claims

Hair grows slowly. Nothing we sell is a drug, and none of it works overnight. Our serums are drug-free — no minoxidil, no hormones — and we build our routines around 90 days because that is how long hair actually takes to respond. We would rather set an honest expectation than make a promise the bottle cannot keep.

Orders are picked, packed and shipped from our US warehouse at 11460 Pagemill Road, Dallas, TX 75243. Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically delivered in 2–5 days. We currently ship within the United States only.

If something is not right

We offer a 30-day return window, and for most products a satisfaction guarantee that does not require you to ship the bottle back. If a product did not work for you, email us and we will sort it out. Support is handled by email at aberabeauty2011@gmail.com, and we reply within 24 hours.
