Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to start a return

Email us at aberabeauty2011@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours with instructions. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Condition of returned items

For a standard return, the item should be unused and in its original packaging, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase.

If a product did not work for you, please contact us anyway. Most of our products are covered by a satisfaction guarantee and we will often issue a refund without asking you to ship the bottle back. Email us and we will tell you what applies to your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Items we cannot accept

Gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before they enter fulfillment. Email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
