How to return an item
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, email us at aberabeauty2011@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours with instructions. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Condition of returned items
For a standard return, the item should be unused and in its original packaging, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase.
If a product simply did not work for you, contact us anyway. Most of our products are covered by a satisfaction guarantee that does not require you to ship the bottle back.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Items we cannot accept
Gift cards are not returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email us at aberabeauty2011@gmail.com.
Lost or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 15 days of being placed, email us and we will issue a refund or send a replacement. If a package is returned to sender by the courier, we will reship it to you free of charge.
